What a great gluten free appetiser! I’m stopping by from CES and will definetely be trying this recipe. Maybe with a bowl of homemade tomato soup.

I love polenta and I love the idea a serving it as a appetizer. This recipe not only is simple but I think is one of those Appetizer Recipes that looks a longer to prepare than it actually did. I work with Better Recipes so I know a good appetizer recipe when I see one and this really does look great. Not to mention, super convenient for all of us women who have a million things to do and just not enough hours in the day.
