Well, the Spanish food kick I am on continues. It’s just that the food from the Spanish culture is so good. Or maybe it’s because I want to go to Spain and be a part of the Tapeo bar hopping, and the many festivals that each and every small town has each year. So, since that’s not part of my immediate future, I will enjoy making the foods from this warm and lovely culture. Here’s a great cookbook to indulge yourself with.
