    Oooo la la! This delicious stuffed shrimp appetizer will have you salivating just to look at it. If you love shrimp, you’ll love this. And easy to make too. In fact, I had a party just so I could create an opportunity to make this yummy finger food. (Just kidding!) But really, you’ll love this. Give it a try…

    Stuffed ShrimpWhat you’ll need:
    - 2 eggs (lightly beaten)
    - 1 cup of soft breadcrumbs
    - 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise (light or low fat)
    - 1 teaspoon
    of lemon juice (fresh)
    - 1/4 teaspoon of oregano
    - 1/2 teaspoon of Mrs. Dash seasoning
    (or anything similar)
    - 1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper (fresh, if possible)
    - 1/8 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
    - 1/2 pound of lump crab meat (fresh is always best, but canned works as well)
    - 1 pound of shrimp (large and uncooked)
    - 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese (grated)

    Pinwheels and rollups are wonderful appetizers to make for a crowd. Not only are they easy to put together, but you can make them ahead of time and store them until you are ready to use…

    I’ve never heard of Mick’s chips, until I saw this funny, if irreverent video… Are they Japanese chips? or is it that the Japanese like these chips? Don’t know.

    Okay, so my sense of humor is all over the map, but I feel for the guy… I don’t want anybody or anything to get in the way of a good bag of chips… Have a laugh on me… The Japanese make funny commercials. At least I think so…

    Crab Dip Recipe

    Even those who say they don’t like fish, crab dip recipes are hard to NOT like. Especially, when you pair it with the perfect gathering and the fun party drinks. Here’s one of my favorite recipes for making the dip of crab…

    Super Simple Crab Dip RecipeWhat you’ll need:
    - 1 8-ounce light cream cheese
    - 1 6-ounce can crab meat (drained and reserve liquid)*
    - 1/4 cup green onions (finely chopped)
    - 2 tsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
    - 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    - 1/4 tsp Paprika
    - hot pepper sauce (to taste)
